**And They All Lived **** Ever After** Lee Haneuri, one of today's most acclaimed composers and winner of the Bartók International Competition among other prestigious awards, takes on her first full-length work — drawing on the fairytale form only to pull it apart into something entirely new. You know the story: three little pigs, each building a house of straw, wood, and brick. But here, the three figures are not storybook characters. They are three musical entities that bleed into one another, their boundaries dissolving as an unexplained tension runs between them. The narrative stops behaving like a narrative. The story retreats. The performers set the music in motion — and then the music takes over. Triggered by a single event, identities begin to blur, then collapse. Music, body, space, and sensation operate side by side in a structure where the familiar fairytale reaches its ending, and something altogether different begins.
