Ongdalsaem Stay is the most peaceful way to experience the center. The 'Moment of Pause' Stay is the center's signature 'daily meditation' program where people can take a break from their busy lives to rest and recharge through meditation. 'Everyday Meditation' is a daily meditation program. 'Themed Meditation' offers meditations under various themes. 'Onsaem Meditation' is an online meditation program. Lastly, 'Lincoln School in the Deep Forest' is a program for youths. You can apply for these programs on the center's website.'The Green House in the Forest' was built with guests' health in mind and is finished with red clay and natural wallpaper. There is also a spa that offers hot and cold baths, which help the skin 'breathe.'
