About
Hanyangdoseong is a fortress wall built at the founding of the Joseon Dynasty and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List site. Stretching a total of 18 kilometers, its most scenic section runs along the Naksan segment from Heunginjimun to Hyehwamun. Before ascending the fortress walls at Heunginjimun, stop by the Hanyangdoseong Museum at the Seoul Design Support Center to take a glimpse into Seoul's past. As the sun begins to set, make your way to Naksanjeong pavilion in Naksan Park, where you'll be treated to a sweeping, unobstructed view of the heart of Seoul spread out below you.
