For over a decade, it has been a favorite among Daegu locals. Its signature sauce is crafted with traditional medicinal herbs carefully sourced from Yakjeon Alley, giving the dish a clean and refined depth of flavor. The restaurant’s main offerings include braised pork ribs and braised beef ribs, available in six flavor options, including soy sauce, spicy, and mala. The spice level can be adjusted to suit individual tastes. In addition to its galbijjim, the restaurant also serves side dishes such as galbi dumplings, mulnaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), and bibimnaengmyeon (spicy bukwheat noodles).
