With more than 50 years of tradition, this Jeonju Bibimbap allows diners to choose between a brass bowl or a hot stone pot. It also serves 'Hwangpomuk' (yellow mung bean jelly), a key ingredient in Jeonju Bibimbap, as a side dish. An exhibition space on the second floor introduces the history of Jeonju Bibimbap.
